Weeks of running, dodging puddles.
My legs have said they need some cuddles.
Ive injured myself but nothing serious.
A couple days rest is probably best.
Went to training on Tuesday evening
But had a twinge, not a great feeling.
Told to go home and take ibuprofen
Had my feet up ever since then.
Considering a test run later today,
Nothing crazy just an easy 4,
Want to know what my legs will say
And see if tomorrows long run is an aye or nay!
